central locationexcellent cleaning
i found the location very central! it was easy to walk to many attractions. the cleaning was also excellent, my room was very well maintained throughout my stay.
the elevator was quite small, it felt a bit claustrophobic. the air conditioning on the fifth floor was not very effective, it was warmer than the lower floors.

the staff was very good they know the majoroty of patrons is non italian speaking and they do a great job helping us feel at home
i ordered one bed and got twin bed i was moved to a smaller room with 1 bed i didn't order a small room also they made the mistake and charged me extra for their mistake

The staff was very helpful from the receptionists to the breakfast attendants. Housekeeping kept my room very clean and tidy . I received assistance with my luggage upon arrival and departure. I was able to store my bags securely before check-in and after check-out for added convenience.
The elevator was quite small, so it felt a little cramped with luggage.

The breakfast included scrambled eggs as a hot option and several cold items. I saw a French café conveniently located right next door to the building. Breakfast was a good addition to my reservation and it was definitely worth it.

The hotel is situated between Vatican City and other points of interest making it perfect. There is a bus stop located in front of the building for simple transportation. Walking distance to various piazzas and iconic fountains provides additional sightseeing opportunities.

The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. I found all staff members to be very friendly . I was able to easily arrange transportation to the airport through the reception. They were good.

The hotel is located conveniently! it was easy to walk to most attractions from there. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable! i appreciated the good breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful . They responded quickly to my enquiries before my arrival.

the location is amazing, close to many attractions. public transport is easily accessible with the bus stop right outside. the staff provided excellent recommendations and taxi service, exceeding expectations. the breakfast had a good selection to start each day.
the lobby felt a bit small when entering with luggage.
